What payment options are available?

The company Joanna Misseli has the following alternative forms of payment:

• Cash on delivery at the moment you receive the products (applies only for deliveries within Greece)

• By transferring your payment to a (ALPHA BANK) bank account. The bank account will be sent to you by email immediately after the completion of your order

• By charge of a bank card. Your card is charged on the day the product is dispatched. Joanna Misseli has taken all the necessary steps to secure your transactions with your bank card and all cardholders are subject to validation checks. It is important to indicate a contact phone number and a valid e-mail address. (Note: Bank card billing feature will soon be available)

• Through paypal (Note: The paypal feature will soon be available)

Is there security in the transactions?

Your transactions at our online store JoannaMisseli.gr are protected by top-of-the-line security systems (SSL-128 bit) that guarantee a secure trading environment.

With this technology, every item you post to our e-shop is encoded before it comes online and then the authenticity of the message and the server where the message originated is investigated.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order until it is ready to be sent to you - this is the time when we charge your card (if you choose this form of payment).

You can not cancel your order if it is ready for shipment.

To cancel your order, please send us your request at info@JoannaMisseli.gr and include your order number on the subject.

Shipping & Deliveries

Which carriers do you cooperate with?

GREECE: All shipments to Greece are made via TAS Courier within 2-3 business days.

OUTDOOR: Deliveries of your orders to foreign countries are made via a multinational courier company. For simple shipment where the delivery time is available, it is 6-7 days. For fast shipping delivery time is 2-3 business days.

Returns & Credits

What is the return policy?

If you wish to return the product you purchased electronically, you must send it to Joanna Misseli within 14 calendar days of the date you received it. In this case, you are only charged for the return shipping cost of your products and your money can be credited for future purchases or returned to you.

If the refund reason concerns a company error, the return cost lays on the last one. For more details, go to page GENERAL CONDITIONS > F. CONSUMER RIGHTS.

Is there a charge for return?

If the refund reason concerns a company's error, the return cost will lay on the latter, otherwise you will only be charged for the return shipping cost of the products.
